A major airline in Singapore is looking for a senior leader to command operational incident response and ensure compliance across IT services. This role requires deep technical expertise in cloud infrastructure and DevOps, along with leadership skills to mentor teams and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years in IT operations and a proven track record in managing critical incidents and compliance initiatives.
Singapore Airlines is seeking a senior leader to command our operational incident response and ensure rigorous compliance across all IT services. In this high-impact role, you will be the central commander for critical incidents, drive our compliance and security posture, and lead continuous improvement in our IT operations.
You will be responsible for safeguarding our services against disruptions and ensuring they meet stringent regulatory and security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR). The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with deep technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and security, capable of leading cross-functional teams under pressure.
