Job summary
A premier mental health institution in Singapore is seeking staff to facilitate patient care and administrative functions. Responsibilities include handling calls and inquiries about services, scheduling patient appointments, and performing administrative duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, has strong communication skills, and is proficient in using digital communication systems. Customer service experience is essential, alongside GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ levels or equivalent, with Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.

Staff plays a crucial role in facilitating patient care and administrative functions, ensuring calls/enquiries are timely received and providing efficient services while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Handles calls and enquiries from the General Line and Appointment Line to provide information on IMH’s services to patients and the public
- Assists in scheduling appointments for patients and/or provides information related to appointments to patients respectively
- Performs administrative other duties assigned by supervisor
- Service-oriented, confident and have a passion for helping others
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in utilizing and navigating digital communication systems and platform with strong technological proficiency
- GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ levels or equivalent with customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
