A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor for key projects. The role involves leading technical planning, supervising construction activities, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in the engineering field and a Bachelor's degree in Hydraulic and Hydro-Power Engineering. This position requires strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage projects through all phases. The work location is in the East, Monday to Saturday.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set clear technical objectives and standards for key project processes, ensuring alignment with company strategy and project requirements.
• Assign technical and construction tasks to competent team members and supervise their execution.
• Lead the technical planning, execution, and completion of construction activities, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Develop and manage construction schedules, resource allocation, and technical plans to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and implementation of technical solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor construction quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Identify, assess, and resolve technical risks and issues that may affect project progress or quality.
• Prepare and present construction progress reports, technical updates, and relevant documentation to stakeholders.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies in construction management to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
• Assist the Project Manager/Project Director with technical management tasks as required.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Hydraulic and Hydro-Power Engineering.
• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Minimum 5 Years of experience as a technical supervisor in the engineering industry, with proven ability to manage projects through all phases.
• Working experience in main-con company is a must.
• Candidate must specialized in various channel and coast project experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project technical software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Willing to work at site office.
• Monday - Saturday, work location: East.
