1. Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) with experience in the IT/software industry to join our team. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, bridging the gap between clients and the development team, and ensuring that the final product meets business needs.

2. Responsibilities
  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather detailed requirements.
    Analyze and translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Documentation & Specification: Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), User Stories, and Wireframes.
    Define workflows, process diagrams, and data models.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Act as a liaison between business teams, developers, QA, and project managers to ensure alignment on requirements.
    Conduct meetings, workshops, and presentations to clarify requirements.
  • Project Support & Validation: Work with the QA team to define test cases and validate that deliverables meet business expectations.
    Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide feedback to developers.
  • Process Improvement & Market Research: Analyze existing processes and suggest optimizations.
    Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in software development.
3. Requirements
Mandatory Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT/software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) methodologies.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, BPMN, and wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure, or Visio).
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of API documentation and database structures (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Experience in fintech, e-commerce, healthcare, or SaaS projects.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles.
