You will provide quality and personalized one-stop information service for the Hospital. This includes handling general enquiries and managing outpatient appointments through phone, email, web chat, as well as other online platforms.
Requirements
GCE ‘N’ Level / GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 1 year of relevant experience or NITEC in Service Skills preferably
Experience in call centre, customer service or healthcare industry will be advantageous
Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-oriented and highly adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Able to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends & public holidays
