Business Development Sales Executive

Salary: $2,000–$3,000 + Commission per Contract
Regions: Malaysia | Singapore | India | Vietnam & East Asia | Philippines | Indonesia

We are expanding our regional footprint and seeking a Business Development Sales Manager who combines strategic thinking with strong execution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the confidence and capability to develop markets independently, cultivate relationships, and bring in meaningful partnerships.

If you have an established network or existing channels you can activate, you will excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects across assigned markets.

  • Leverage your existing network, channels, and industry relationships to accelerate market entry and deal flow.

  • Conduct outreach, presentations, negotiations, and follow-through with precision.

  • Build partnerships with organisations, recruiters, HR leaders, business communities, and regional stakeholders.

  • Represent the company professionally at events, networking sessions, and market engagements.

  • Track performance metrics and provide structured sales forecasts.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and strong relationship handover.

Ideal Profile
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships — preferably in services, HR, consulting, immigration, or B2B environments.

  • A pre-existing network or channel that can be utilised from day one.

  • A natural networker with the ability to build trust quickly across cultures.

  • Highly self-directed, organised, and able to operate with minimal supervision.

Compensation & Growth
  • Base Salary: $2,000–$3,000

  • Commission: Paid per contract closed
