Job Description

• Prepare tenders, bids, project proposals, budgets and cost estimates.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with corporate goals.
• Lead and support QS team; liaise with clients, project managers, subcontractors and legal/technical teams.
• Manage budgets, timelines, progress claims, variations, EOT/cost claims and final accounts.
• Monitor project progress through site meetings and ensure compliance with technical standards.
• Identify risks, resolve contractual issues, and recommend solutions.
• Conduct post-project reviews to improve cost efficiency, communication and productivity.
• Maintain contract management database and perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business/Degree or Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying/Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
• Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM)/Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM)/Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) designation through the National Contract Management Association.
• Min 5 years Singapore working experience in Renovation Construction industry.
• Skilled in Contracts Administration and Tenders.
• Experienced in contract preparation and management.
