We are seeking a talented and experienced Personal Assistant to support the General Manager at Logical Systems PTE LTD. This full-time position is based in Pasir Panjang, Central Region. As a crucial member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the General Manager's office and contributing to the overall success of the company.

1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
2. Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other key documents
3. Coordinating travel arrangements and managing the General Manager's itinerary
4. Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
5. Handling a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
6. Demonstrating a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast‑paced, corporate environment
2. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and polished demeanour
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
5. Demonstrable experience in providing high‑level administrative support to senior executives
6. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
7. Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work well under pressure
