Secretlab is an international gaming chair brand seating over 3 million users worldwide, with our key markets in the United States, Europe and Singapore, where we are headquartered. You will be a valued member of our world-class Partnerships team, identifying and managing strategic partnership opportunities while considering the long‑term sustainability and success of our products. This high impact role requires an astute individual with the ability to evaluate both tangible and intangible aspects of potential partnerships. Our Partnerships team is involved in working with our key global partners such as Warner Bros and DC (Batman, Joker and Game of Thrones), Riot Games (League of Legends) as well as Microsoft (Minecraft); championship‑winning esports teams such as OG, Team Liquid, T1, Cloud9 and Team Secret; and the world’s most premier esports tournaments such as the Riot Games’ global tournaments including the League of Legends World Championships and VALORANT Champions Tour and Dota 2’s The International.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategize and execute launch & partnership plans for assigned Special Edition product lines while taking care of the products’ long‑term sustainability and success
  • Collaborate closely with our Global Marketing team in developing marketing campaigns for new and existing Special Edition product lines
  • Identify potential sponsorship/ partnership opportunities, as well as maintain and manage existing partnerships, with the ability to analyze the efficacy of each partnership and curate strategic recommendations tied to overall project goals
  • Structure and negotiate terms on partnership agreements
  • Define performance metrics and track deliverables for internal/ external reporting
  • Find creative and unique ways to generate partnership content campaigns to be supplied to our Marketing Communications and Visuals team.
  • Support commercial decisions of products before driving it independently once fully acquainted with the role. This includes (but not limited to) growth, profitability, forecasting, and pricing strategy decision.
  • Stay up to date with the fast‑paced esports world
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing, Public Relations, Product Marketing or a relevant field
  • Knowledge of, and passion for, the gaming, pop culture & esports industries
  • Intrapreneurial thinking– take pride in your work, be driven, versatile, initiative and result orientated.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Effective presentation and preparation of decks (Google Slides, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Able to work independently with initiative, and a strong team player.
  • Excellent communication and people skills
