SEO Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for on-page and technical SEO.
Monitor website performance using tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs).
Assist with link-building strategies and partnerships to strengthen online authority.
Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics with recommendations for improvement.
LinkedIn Management Responsibilities
Manage the company’s LinkedIn page and executives’ profiles (if required) to strengthen brand image.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging LinkedIn posts (updates, thought leadership, industry news).
Monitor engagement (comments, messages, shares) and respond professionally to grow network reach.
Research LinkedIn trends and competitor activities to optimize posting strategies.
Assist with LinkedIn Ads campaigns (if applicable) to support targeted outreach and lead generation.
Coordinate with internal teams for content creation (graphics, case studies, videos) tailored for LinkedIn.
General Marketing Support
Maintain content calendars for SEO and LinkedIn.
Assist in preparing marketing reports and presentations for management.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and tools.
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in SEO and/or digital marketing (LinkedIn B2B marketing experience is a strong plus).
Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
Strong copywriting and content creation skills in English (Mandarin is an added advantage to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders).
Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently under remote supervision.
Proactive learner with strong organizational and communication skills.
