Job summary
A luxury retail company in Singapore is seeking a Store Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales associates. The ideal candidate will manage staff rosters and conduct on-the-job training to enhance customer service. Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of sales associates and support staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee cash handling, POS system, and daily banking procedures.
