Job summary

A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking a meticulous Storekeeper to manage inventory operations. You will ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, tools, and components critical to production flows. Candidates should possess a Diploma in Logistics or a related field, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with ERP systems and the ability to operate a forklift are advantageous in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying against purchase orders
  • Organize and label inventory in designated storage areas
  • Issue materials to production teams based on job orders and schedules
  • Maintain accurate stock records using ERP systems
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely reorders
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with safety and handling protocols
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and quality control departments
REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations (preferably in manufacturing)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to operate forklift or other material handling equipment (certification preferred)
  • Basic understanding of production workflows and material requirements
