Responsibilities:
- Uphold the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values while performing duties in its best interests.
 - Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.
 - Stay updated on menu items, promotions, seasonal offerings, and membership programs.
 - Set up tables and prepare the restaurant for daily operations.
 - Take and process food and beverage orders using the ordering system.
 - Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
 - Prepare and replenish condiments and portion food according to menu standards.
 - Supervise multiple service stations and suggest operational improvements to the Manager.
 - Conduct daily equipment checks to ensure proper functioning.
 - Proactively meet customer expectations and resolve service issues with professionalism and tact.
 - Coordinate and manage events based on customer requests.
 - Plan staff rosters, manage attendance records, and oversee time-off scheduling.
 - Ensure sufficient staffing levels during shifts and notify the Restaurant Manager of manpower needs.
 - Participate in the recruitment process for junior roles.
 - Support all administrative tasks related to restaurant operations.
 - Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.
