Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.

  • Facilitating a warm and welcoming check-in, particularly on weekends.
  • Handling and resolving flatmate conflicts and related issues.
  • Planning and executing exciting community events.
