Responsibilities:
Promote and sell a variety of coffee products to walk-in customers.
Act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent customer service.
Handle cashiering and stock replenishment.
Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
On-the-job training will be provided.
Requirements:
Experience in premium, luxury, or high-end FMCG/retail brands is an advantage.
At least 2 years of experience in direct customer sales and/or team supervision/coaching.
Strong work ethic, integrity, and honesty.
Customer service-oriented with a passion for sales.
Curious, creative, and able to simplify complex messages.
Energetic, a strong team player, and thrives in challenging environments.
Salary Range:
Standard: $2,500 - $2,900
Additional Details:
Working Hours: 5 days per week, 8.25 hours per day
Work Location: Islandwide
Bond: Not required
Must stay in Singapore
Benefits:
Quarterly incentives based on customer feedback & team/individual sales performance
AWS & variable bonus (paid in March)
Average quarterly incentive: $800-$900 (based on sales & service KPIs)
