Qualifications

• Min 5 years of experience in a supervising position.
• Able to read, understand, and work from technical drawing.
• Having a Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Cert.

• Schedule workers and ensure instructions are carried out properly.
• Attend site meetings and monitor work progress.
• Maintain documentation and report to the Senior Manager.
• Coordinate communication among team members, customers, and contractors.

Job description

• Scheduling the workers, and making sure instructions are carried out properly

• Attend site meeting

• Monitor, and keep track of the site work progress to ensure the work is carried out in a quality and efficient manner.

• Maintain proper documentation and reporting to the Senior Manager

• Coordinate, communicate among team members, customers, and contractors and ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawing/specification

• Provide on-site solutions during supervision works

Requirements

• Min 5 years of experience in a supervising position

• Able to read, understand, and work from technical drawing

• Having a Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Cert, Managing work at height.

• Good communication skills, able to coordinate & liaise with people at all levels.

• Able to work under tight schedules

• Hard-working and keen to learn
