Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled sourcing professional to manage and build pipelines for technical talents across various levels. Responsibilities include developing stakeholder relationships and driving innovative sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a high-volume tech recruiting environment, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with sourcing tools and techniques.
- Strong analytical capability to support business strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Minimum 3 years of sourcing experience in the tech industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage and build pipelines via sourcing, screening, and referrals.
- Develop understanding and manage relationships with HR and hiring managers.
- Drive innovative sourcing strategies and optimize recruiting processes.
Skills
Manage and build pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening, referrals and cold-calling for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels.
Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners (e.g: Agencies).
Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency (e.g: Support market research and talent mapping initiatives).
Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the capability to analyze high amounts of data to support business strategies and decisions.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally.
Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
At least 3 year of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment for tech industry (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment).
