Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a QHSE leadership role within oilfield service companies.
• Certified / approved Lead Auditor – ISO 9001 & ISO 45001.
• Proven experience managing multi-country QHSE systems.

• Own and maintain the Integrated Management System aligned to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, API Q2 and ISO/IEC 17020.
• Act as Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.
• Plan and execute internal audits and manage external certification audits.
• Support and lead client audits and pre‑qualification assessments.
• Maintain ABS and DNV Service Supplier Approvals.
• Drive safety culture, incident investigation, corrective actions and continual improvement.
• Advise senior management on risk, compliance status and improvement initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to lead Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management across a growing, multi-country oilfield services business operating in Asia, the Middle East and South America.

This is a senior, hands‑on role suited to a QHSE professional with strong audit credibility and real operational experience in oilfield service environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Integrated Management System aligned to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, API Q2 and ISO/IEC 17020.
• Act as Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.
• Plan and execute internal audits and manage external certification audits.
• Support and lead client audits and pre‑qualification assessments.

• Provide QHSE leadership across Asia, Middle East and South America.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a QHSE leadership role within oilfield service companies.
• Certified / approved Lead Auditor – ISO 9001 & ISO 45001.
• Proven experience managing multi‑country QHSE systems.
• Strong exposure to client audits (operators, drilling contractors, EPCs).
• API Q2 / API Q1 and ISO/IEC 17020 experience are strong advantages.
