Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve global supply chain processes and performance.
• Build strong client partnerships and manage account operational and financial performance.
• Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Define goals, budgets, timelines, and implement risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Supervise daily operations to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and capacity planning.
• Forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide clear project updates, manage QBRs, and escalation issues when needed.
• Identify process enhancements and drive improvements in customer satisfaction and supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or equivalent
• Knowledge of business operations, factory planning, and supply chain processes (logistics, inventory control, procurement); familiarity with international trade compliance is a plus.
• Skilled in creating clear, impactful presentations for management and handling multiple projects effectively.
• Experienced in analyzing operational data and tracking performance using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (advantageous).
