Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled sourcing professional to manage and build pipelines for technical talents across various levels. Responsibilities include developing stakeholder relationships and driving innovative sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a high-volume tech recruiting environment, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage and build pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening, referrals and cold-calling for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels.

  • Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners (e.g: Agencies).

  • Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency (e.g: Support market research and talent mapping initiatives).

Requirements
  • Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boolean, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques)

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the capability to analyze high amounts of data to support business strategies and decisions.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally.

  • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.

  • At least 3 year of sourcing experience in a high-volume environment for tech industry (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment).
