Job summary

A consulting firm in Singapore seeks an experienced sales professional to create and execute strategic project sales plans. Create and execute a strategic project sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's business as set

Meet sales target monthly. Meet plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's business

Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs. Set objectives, train and coach foremen, and monitor their performance.

He prepares quotations, coordinate repair works schedules, liaise with the subcon / repair work team to start and complete the works. Any other works assigned by management

Capabilities and behaviours

• A good team player with strong analytical and leadership skills
• Possess good technical knowledge of building works and M & E will be advantage.
• Possess good communication skills and be able to relate to different levels of people.
• Ability to plan, organise and supervise a team of technicians and sub contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance work.
• Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills with good command of spoken and written English
• Must be prepared to answer customers on ad hoc requests and queries on project progress and work

Educations & Experience
