About the role
We are looking for the next Boutique Manager for a High end brand.
What you'll be doing
Manage the overall operations and performance of the boutique, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budget oversight
Lead, motivate and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
Implement merchandising and visual merchandising strategies to maximise product visibility and appeal
Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and brand standards
Collaborate with the broader retail team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the business
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the high-end consumer products industry
Proven track record of leading, motivating and developing high-performing sales teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and employees
Passion for the retail industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences
Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate effectively in addition of local language.
