As a senior business development consultant at Gallup, you will identify and advance new business opportunities to create exceptional workplaces and engaged customers for clients across Southeast Asia. With your enterprise sales expertise, consultative approach to solving clients’ biggest problems, and command of workplace issues and solutions, you’ll become a trusted adviser who helps leaders improve performance with evidence-based insights and powerful learning journeys.

In this role, you’ll lead business development end to end, from generating and qualifying leads to shaping proposals, designing solutions with internal partners, influencing key decision-makers and staying connected through implementation to build long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead discovery and qualification conversations with senior executives, expanding existing relationships while cultivating new opportunities
  • Meet and exceed consultative sales goals, with key metrics including bookings, revenue and client impact
  • Uncover client needs through trusted relationships, thoughtful discovery and deep curiosity
  • Develop compelling proposals and presentations and lead effective prospect and client meetings
  • Partner with learning and development consultants to shape learning journeys that reflect Gallup insights and address client needs
  • Deepen your expertise in Gallup’s workplace and learning solutions by supporting select project activities and observing client sessions
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, including webinars, client events, roundtables and conference participation
  • Stay up to date on the latest Gallup research and communicate relevant insights to your clients

What You Need
  • At least five years of business development experience in HR consulting, workplace advisory, enterprise sales, learning and development solutions, or similar work required
  • A proven track record of cultivating business development opportunities that lead to successful client engagements required
  • Ability to travel as needed for business development activities required
  • Business fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia required
  • Experience using AI to enhance productivity, content development or sales activities preferred
  • A commitment to working on‑site at Gallup’s Singapore office at least three days per week required
  • Eligibility to work in Singapore required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
