JOB PURPOSE

Our Waiter / Waitress is a guest-facing role responsible for delivering an exceptional and luxurious dining experience that aligns with the standards of Prada ION Caffe. You are expected to embody the highest level of personal presentation, product knowledge, and service etiquette.

As the face of Prada caffe, our Waiter / Waitress plays a critical part in creating a welcoming, refined, and memorable customer experience. You work closely with the Front of House (FOH) team to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the image and values of the brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide warm, courteous, and elegant service throughout the guest journey
  • Set and reset tables with precision according to SOP
  • Confidently explain food, beverage, and retail items, including ingredients and allergens
  • Take guest orders efficiently and accurately using POS
  • Deliver food and beverages with finesse, ensuring proper timing and presentation
  • Monitor tables proactively to anticipate guest needs
  • Handle complaints or special requests with urgency and empathy
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and teammates
  • Participate in daily briefings and ongoing training
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of FOH areas
  • Follow all hygiene and food safety regulations
  • Support opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Handle guest payments and billing with accuracy and discretion
