We are looking for a Video Producer/Cinematographer that can support our subsidiary - UNMASTERED in creating stunning video content for the brands under our care.
Job Description
The Video Producer will capture, edit, and produce video and other multimedia assets to support the agency and our clients. The ideal candidate should have advanced skills in media capture and creative editing with a keen eye for storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for brand-led videos, product marketing videos, and other formats.
- Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines, and select optimal media formats for projects.
- Work independently and as part of a team to establish project deliverables.
- Plan video shoots; scout, select, and reserve locations.
- Develop production schedules.
- Select and hire crew and talent; direct and coach talent; arrange transportation; ensure location power needs are met.
- Record and edit video and sound projects, including media selection, organization, editing, graphics, titling, music, voice-over, SFX, and media management.
- Manage video library.
- Evaluate analytics to assess video performance.
Professional Experience & Skills
- Experience with professional cameras, prosumer camcorders, HD/SD formats, preproduction, studio and field production, lighting, scriptwriting, storyboarding, and photography.
- Audio skills including mixers, compression, EQ, effects, recording techniques, multi-track editing.
- Post-production skills in digital editing, graphics, and video compression.
- Submission of a Director's/Editor's reel is required.
- Minimum 2 years of directing & editing experience.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects).
- Proficiency with professional cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Continuous skills development and sharing knowledge with the team.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with executive clients.
Education & Training
- Relevant qualifications in telecommunication or video production, or equivalent experience demonstrating the ability to perform the role.
