Actxa is hiring for Marketing Executive

We are an innovative wearable technology company headquartered in Singapore, dedicated to improving health and wellness through smart, connected devices. We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and self‑driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and partnership activities that drive awareness, engagement, and sales for Actxa’s products and brand.

What will you do?
Campaign Execution & Coordination
  • Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth rollouts and brand consistency.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
  • Manage social media content calendars and create engaging posts for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
  • Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Support paid digital campaigns, SEO/SEM activities, and influencer collaborations.
Community Building & Engagement
  • Assist and execute strategies to grow Actxa’s health and wellness community.
  • Manage conversations across social media channels and foster meaningful engagement.
  • Collaborate with health‑focused organizations and KOLs to strengthen brand advocacy.
Content & Collateral Development
  • Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, product videos, and presentations.
  • Write and edit content for campaigns, product launches, and brand communications.
Event & Partnership Support
  • Assist in organizing marketing events, trade shows, and product demos.
  • Coordinate with partners on co‑marketing and promotional activities.
Market Research & Reporting
  • Conduct competitor and market trend analysis.
  • Track campaign KPIs and prepare performance reports.
What are we looking for?
  • This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of marketing experience, or fresh graduates with a strong flair for creativity, initiative, and a can‑do attitude and passion for marketing are welcome.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital media, or brand management: Hands‑on experience managing at least one brand, social and online platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Xiaohongshu).
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Experience in consumer tech, wellness, or health‑related industries: experience in e‑commerce exposure or paid ads campaign assistance is a bonus.
  • Understanding of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Strong teamwork, organizational, and multitasking skills.
