Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Design & Marketing Executive to support our growing portfolio of F&B and lifestyle brands. This role is ideal for someone who can blend strong design capabilities with hands-on digital marketing execution. You will work across multiple brand touchpoints—digital, retail, packaging, ecommerce, and social media—to help elevate our brand presence and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design & Creative Production
  • Create high-quality visual assets using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other design tools.

  • Develop graphics for website banners, social media content, EDMs, digital ads, and promotional materials.

  • Design product packaging, labels, stickers, and brand collaterals for new and existing products.

  • Work closely with suppliers and printers to ensure design accuracy and production quality.

  • Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all channels.

2. Digital & Social Media Marketing
  • Plan, create, and schedule regular social media content (IG, FB, TikTok, Xiaohongshu) aligned with marketing calendars.

  • Monitor social media performance, trends, and audience engagement, and propose improvements.

  • Assist with content creation such as short-form videos, product photos, lifestyle shoots, and campaign creatives.

  • Manage community engagement: reply to comments, handle DMs, and maintain a positive brand presence.

3. Ecommerce & Email Marketing
  • Support ecommerce campaigns across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.

  • Create and send email marketing campaigns (EDMs) to boost traffic and sales.

  • Prepare promotional banners, landing page assets, and product listing images.

  • Assist in optimizing website visuals, layout, UX improvements, and product pages.

4. Retail & Offline Marketing Support
  • Design and prepare in-store promotional materials, posters, signages, tent cards, and display visuals for retail stores.

  • Support product launches, roadshows, and pop-up events with creative materials.

  • Coordinate with retail team to ensure brand consistency across all physical touchpoints.

5. Marketing Coordination & Admin
  • Support marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, festive launches, and brand partnerships.

  • Assist in managing content calendars, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Work with external vendors, photographers, influencers, printers, and production partners.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, Multimedia or related field.

  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (must), Photoshop, InDesign, and other creative tools.

  • Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut) is a plus.

  • Experience with Shopify, email marketing platforms (Klaviyo / Mailchimp), and social media scheduling tools is an advantage.

  • Strong eye for aesthetics, brand identity, layout, and colour.

  • Able to multi-task and manage projects with tight deadlines.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Passionate about design, marketing, and the F&B/lifestyle industry.
