Job Overview
Oversee the execution of marketing strategies, boost brand awareness, reputation and market share via promotion, brand building, digital marketing and PR, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Market Planning: Formulate and implement marketing budgets/plans; conduct industry and competitor research to support brand positioning and product development; manage brand image and unify brand story, manual and visual/language systems.
- Integrated Marketing & Promotion: Plan and execute omni-channel campaigns and brand events (pop-ups, fashion shows); operate social/digital platforms and optimize paid ads with data monitoring.
- Channel Marketing & Sales Support: Cooperate with sales teams on channel-specific promotions and materials; support e-commerce channels; manage CRM for member acquisition, activation and value mining.
- Media & PR Management: Build and maintain relationships with Singaporean fashion media, KOLs/KOCs; draft and release press releases to enhance positive brand exposure.
- Team & Data Management: Establish marketing effect evaluation system, provide regular data reports; strictly control marketing budget.
- Assist in covering eCommerce duties when necessary
- Perform any other duties assigned by superiors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above (Marketing/Business Administration preferred).
- At least 3 years of marketing experience, with mandatory background in apparel, fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Proven experience in digital marketing campaign and team management.
- Mandatory in-depth understanding of Singapore's multicultural society, fashion trends and consumer behavior.
- Familiar with local digital marketing platforms and e-commerce ecosystems.
- Strong project management and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities.
- Good communication skills; Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with the China team.
- Able to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Short notice period (immediate or within 1 month)
- Capable of data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in relevant marketing tools, such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Google Analytics.
