A leading hotel in Singapore is seeking an AI Creative Producer to develop AI-driven creative assets for digital marketing. The role involves producing engaging visuals and videos for various campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and aligning creativity with business goals. Job Summary :
The AI Creative Producer is responsible for conceptualising, generating, and refining AI-driven creative assets that power the hotel’s digital marketing and brand storytelling. This role combines creativity with technical expertise—leveraging AI tools to produce engaging visuals and videos for campaigns across digital channels, CRM, and on-property screens. The position plays a key part in scaling content output, maintaining brand integrity, and driving commercial impact through data-informed creativity.
Develop high-performing AI-generated content across platforms, build and manage creative systems and templates, and collaborate closely with Marketing, F&B, Revenue, and Rooms teams to deliver visually compelling assets aligned with business priorities.
Produce static and motion assets for Meta, TikTok, Google, OTA campaigns, CRM, and on-property digital screens.
Use AI tools such as Nano Banana (Gemini image), Adobe Firefly, and Veo to generate, edit, and iterate high-quality visuals and short-form videos.
Create short-form video content (reels, lifestyle clips) showcasing hotel rooms, buffet experiences, club lounge, and overall brand lifestyle.
Translate business objectives—such as driving direct bookings, need periods, weekend campaigns, and F&B promotions—into performance-oriented creative.
Develop compelling offer visuals, landing-page creatives, and campaign materials tailored to core segments (corporate, bleisure, families, China / India markets).
Maintain inclusive brand positioning.
Build and manage AI style guides, prompt libraries, templates, and creative workflows to scale production while maintaining brand standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, revenue, rooms, and F&B teams to ensure creative output aligns with business goals.
Conduct light creative analytics—tracking asset performance and iterating based on CTR, ROAS, and engagement metrics.
Proven experience producing AI-generated visuals and videos, with a strong portfolio demonstrating use of Nano Banana (Gemini image), Adobe Firefly, and Veo.
Strong creative sensibility with excellent eye for composition, typography, pacing, and storytelling.
Ability to translate commercial objectives into creative concepts that drive measurable results.
Proficient in short-form video editing, image refinement, and brand visualisation.
Fast, adaptive creator who can move from concept → execution → iteration within short production cycles.
Clear communicator with strong collaboration skills and ability to manage feedback constructively.
Familiarity with performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, conversions) preferred.
Ability to capture on-property content using a phone / gimbal for AI production workflows.
Experience in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands will be advantageous.
