A leading beverage company is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager based in Singapore to lead marketing initiatives across Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for localized brand content management, and new product introductions while maintaining strong partnerships. This position demands excellent communication skills, experience in international marketing, and a willingness to travel regularly. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in brand or marketing roles and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Lead and oversee brand marketing initiatives across Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asian markets, including new product launch strategy, seasonal/event marketing, cross‑industry partnerships, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Manage localized brand content for Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia, including marketing copywriting, product content adaptation, and social media strategy, ensuring alignment with local cultural context and brand tone.
Coordinate the end‑to‑end process of new product introduction, including documentation preparation, launch timeline planning, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure efficient execution.
Serve as the primary communication bridge between the brand and external partners across Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia, building and maintaining strong business relationships to support successful cooperation.
Travel regularly to Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asian markets for brand alignment, on‑site execution, market research, and campaign support where needed.
Monitor local market performance, collect consumer and partner feedback, and transform insights into optimization plans and innovative brand strategies.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Business, Communications, or related fields. Majors in English, Thai, Korean, or other relevant languages are preferred.
Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to use English and Chinese as working languages.
Strong understanding of Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asian markets, including cultural nuances and consumer behavior, with demonstrated cross‑cultural communication and brand insight.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand, marketing, or international partnership roles. Experience in Japan, Korea, or Southeast Asian market execution is a strong advantage.
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and collaborate across teams.
Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with strong stress tolerance; willingness to travel periodically to Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asian countries.
