Job Description:
Achieve sales target KPIs, call quality and operational standards;
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling;
Handle and follow up with customer enquiries with confidence;
Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketing activities;
Ensure calls are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards;
Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfillment;
Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Requirements:
Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft office and able to mulit-task to efficiently reply to enquiries; Meticulous in documentation and fulfillment work
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma;
Relevant insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI and HI will be preferred;
Prior experience in the insurance industry will be advantageous;
