The company manages a part of foreign exchange reserve within the scope authorized by the People’s Bank of China, undertakes and transacts various kinds of investment businesses.

Job Description
  • Maintain full sets of accounts for multiple funds and corporate entities, including general ledger, bank reconciliations, and journal entries, applying strong accounting fundamentals.
  • Accurately process and record daily trades across multiple financial instruments, ensuring correct accounting treatment under IFRS standards.
  • Prepare and review financial statements for funds, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal reporting requirements.
  • Assist in the consolidation of corporate budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support management decision‑making.
  • Support tax filings, statutory reporting, and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather, validate, and analyze financial data for reporting purposes. Experience in fund accounting or investment management systems is preferred.
  • Undertake additional finance and operational tasks assigned by management to support fund accounting and corporate finance functions.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with relevant experience in asset/fund management companies.
  • Proficient in accounting for various financial instruments, preparing financial statements, and supporting statutory and tax compliance.
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with VBA/macro or any programming language preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English, with the ability to prepare professional reports in Chinese.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to compliance.
