About the Role

You’ve mastered accounting operations — now you’re ready to lead them. As our Finance Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the company’s financial health, overseeing daily accounts, monthly closings, and strategic planning. This is a hands‑on leadership role: you’ll guide a small team, ensure accuracy across all ledgers, and partner with management to turn numbers into insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions (GL, AR, AP, and bank reconciliations).
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year‑end financial closings with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare management reports, variance analyses, and cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks.
• Develop and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting processes.
• Manage and mentor a small team of Accounts Executives.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Collaborate with department heads to monitor spending and profitability.
• Review and approve payment runs, journals, and account reconciliations.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with Sage 300 ERP (ACCPAC) or similar systems preferred.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and dependable — you get things right the first time.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; comfortable managing both people and processes.
• Proactive and solution‑driven — you don’t just identify problems, you fix them.
