Job summary

Responsibilities include merchant outreach for document collection, data entry, and providing administrative support.   • Merchant outreach to request for document/information via email & phone call.
  • Assisting in data extraction, data entry, and data validation.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the merchant team as required.
  • Problem solving and handling assigned ad-hoc duties.
  • Perform on-site merchant visits for document collection.

The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain.

The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

Overall Function

Undertakes assigned job duties as it pertains to the Merchant Services department. Candidate needs to communicate with merchants to get all relevant information / documents for merchant profile screening and application processing purpose.

Requirements
