A healthcare center in Singapore is seeking an Admin Executive to manage client admissions and provide billing support. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Business or Healthcare Administration and 1-3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare sector. Responsibilities include administrative duties, managing invoices, and maintaining client records. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are required.
Manage client admissions, including explanation of charges, subsidies, and transport arrangements
Handle reception duties, client registration, attendance tracking, and enquiries
Process invoices and payments, maintain records, and prepare simple reports
Update and maintain client information and documentation accurately
Support stock tracking, transport scheduling, and other centre operations
Assist the Centre Supervisor/Manager in administrative and operational matters
Diploma level and above in Business Administration / Healthcare Administration or related studies
1 - 3 years of working experience within healthcare setting, preferably handling billing and invoices
Proficient in Microsoft Office and good communication skills
Meticulous, organised, and service-oriented
