Job description
Our client, a Japanese MNC based in the West is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an individual contributor role; however, there will be an opportunity to guide and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities:
- Full set of accounts including audit, GL
- Preparing monthly financial statements and reporting
- Handling accounts payable and receivable
- Processing and tracking invoices and payments
- Preparing bank statement reconciliations
- Any other duties assigned by manager (e.g., Payroll, leave management)
Skills and Experience:
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience including 5 years of full set of accounting work experience
- Proficient in SAP and full suite of MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a small team environment
- Previous experience in logistics or shipping industry preferred
