Job summary

A tech support solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Technician to assist in network setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a relevant educational background and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role requires self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Alternate Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM

AWS + VB

Required to travel to client site

Key Responsibilities

Assist in network setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting under supervision.

Learn and use AutoCAD for design and drafting tasks (training provided).

Support tender and project documentation, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.

Provide basic IT and network support to the engineering team (training provided).

Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Perform other duties as assigned to support project operations.

Requirements

ITE / Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Must be self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
