A logistics and operations firm is seeking a responsible Warehouse & Material Control Executive in Singapore. The role involves managing material flow, handling ERP transactions, and supporting warehouse operations. Candidates should have a diploma and at least 3 years of experience in warehouse environments. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. The position offers an opportunity for hands-on involvement in inventory control and administrative follow-up, ensuring smooth operational coordination.
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse & Material Control / Operations Executive to manage material flow, ERP transactions, site documentation, and operational coordination. This role supports warehouse operations, project execution, and invoicing accuracy through strong inventory control and administrative follow-up. (Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for this position.)
Assist with warehouse and operational tasks as required.
Provide backup support during manpower shortages or staff leave.
Perform other duties reasonably assigned by Management.
