Job summary

A leading educational service provider in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide quality service for course enquiries and manage administrative tasks. You will support funding applications and document management for various course-related activities. Responsibilities

  • Provide quality customer service for course enquiries, enrolments, and administration.
  • Handle daily office tasks including filing, email responses, and phone enquiries.
  • Compile, update, and monitor students’ attendance records.
  • Support funding applications and collection of course fee payments.
  • Track and manage student withdrawals and deferments.
  • Assist with course-related activities like orientations and open house events.
  • Prepare documents for salary support disbursements.
  • Organise documentation for audits.
  • Conduct student surveys and compile evaluation reports.
  • Liaise with departments and external stakeholders for operational matters.
  • Assist the Campus Manager with general operations and ad-hoc duties.
Job description

💰 Salary: $2,500 – $3,000

📍 Location: Ang Mo Kio

⏰ Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

🎁 Benefits: 14 days Annual Leave + AWS

🔹 Job Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service for course enquiries, enrolments and course administration.
  • Handle daily office tasks including filing, email responses, phone enquiries and general customer service.
  • Compile, update and monitor students’ attendance records.
  • Support funding applications, claims and collection of course fee payments.
  • Track and manage student withdrawals, deferments and related administrative processes.
  • Assist with course-related activities such as new class orientations, graduation ceremonies, course previews and open house events.
  • Prepare documents required for salary support disbursements.
  • Organise and prepare documentation for audits.
  • Conduct student surveys and compile evaluation reports.
  • Liaise with internal departments, external agencies and stakeholders for operational matters.
  • Assist the Campus Manager with general operations and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
