A multidisciplinary firm with a strong foundation in architecture, construction consulting, and strategic business development is expanding its footprint in Asia. The Singapore office is positioned as a regional hub to drive cross-border growth, partnerships, and project development across the Asia-Pacific region.
As the Managing Director, you will lead the Singapore operations and play a key role in shaping the company’s regional strategy. This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in construction and real estate, and a proven ability to manage international projects and partnerships.
- Oversee the full spectrum of operations and management for the Singapore office.
- Develop and execute strategic plans focused on the construction and real estate sectors.
- Lead partnership development with local design firms and regional stakeholders.
- Act as the regional lead for overseas expansion, M&A prospecting, and strategic collaborations.
- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with global standards.
- Provide regular updates and coordination with the company’s headquarters.
- Extensive experience in construction and real estate operations, especially in international project management.
- Prior leadership experience at Managing Director level or equivalent.
- Strong business-level English communication skills.
- Hands-on operational background (not from accounting or pure sales).
- Experience working in a multinational environment is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Asia-Pacific markets and regional business practices.
