General Manager Roles

One of the many plus points about being a General Manager is the fact that you’ll be involved in the workings of the company at every level. On any given day, you might be recruiting a Customer Services Assistant, analyzing long-term trends in the market, attending a global strategy meeting with the Board of Directors and trying to decide who is responsible for cleaning the factory floors.
