A leading retail organization in Singapore seeks a Total Rewards Manager to drive strategic and operational initiatives in compensation and benefits. This role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and project management skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders across a matrixed organization. If you're passionate about shaping rewards frameworks in a collaborative HR team, this is a unique opportunity that offers both challenge and fulfillment.
This organization is a fast-growing, multi-market retail leader with a strong presence across Southeast Asia and Oceania. With over 100 stores and a dynamic omni-channel strategy, it is known for its commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and transformation. The company is undergoing significant HR evolution, with a focus on centralizing operations and enhancing strategic capabilities across its regional footprint.
This newly created position sits within the regional Total Rewards Center of Excellence and reports to the Director of Total Rewards, APAC. The role is designed to support both strategic and operational aspects of compensation and benefits across multiple markets. It involves leading initiatives such as job levelling, incentive scheme reviews, salary benchmarking, and annual compensation cycles. The successful candidate will also contribute to workforce planning, budgeting, and regional transformation projects, working closely with HR teams and business stakeholders.
You bring 8–10 years of solid Total Rewards experience, ideally with exposure to both consulting and in-house environments. You’re comfortable navigating matrixed organizations and have a strong grasp of compensation strategy, benefits design, and payroll fundamentals. Your analytical mindset and project management skills allow you to drive initiatives with precision, while your stakeholder management capabilities help you influence across functions and geographies. Experience in regional roles and familiarity with market trends in compensation and benefits will set you apart.
This is a rare opportunity to shape a newly created function in a high-impact regional role. You’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking HR team, contributing to meaningful transformation projects that go beyond BAU. The environment values authenticity, learning, and growth, offering you the space to innovate and lead. If you’re passionate about building strategic rewards frameworks and want to make a tangible difference across diverse markets, this role offers both challenge and fulfillment.
