Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily data warehouse and data mart operations.
• Implement, monitor, and troubleshoot data reconciliation and quality checks by SLA.
• Handle data issue management, including investigation and resolution.
• Manage SLAs and respond to user queries promptly.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Oracle PL/SQL scripts for data processing.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate changes.
• Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data warehouse or data mart operations.
• Strong background in managing data reconciliation and quality checks by SLA.
• Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL.
