Job Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Wealth Client Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of working experience and a background in accounting and finance. This role will provide support to the Client Advisor team in the daily function of client relationship management, including but not limited to the administrative and operational functions of our front office, ensuring smooth and efficient support in providing a world class client experience for the UHNW.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide support to team of bankers to ensure superior client experience for the organization.
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including preparation of investment portfolio spreadsheets, trade recording, preparation of client source of wealth KYC, account onboarding, and preparation of subscription forms for hedge funds.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide support in preparing reports, presentations, expenses submission reports and other documents.
  • Any other Ad-Hoc client servicing requests as relevant.
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Preferably a background in banking or financial institutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
