About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Engineer Lead – Temenos T24 Core Banking to join our team. This role involves analysing business processes, designing system enhancements, and collaborating with both IT and business stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration and optimisation of the Temenos T24 Core Banking system and its interacting applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions within the Temenos T24 Core Banking domain.
- Lead and coordinate requirement analysis, system enhancement, and solution design for T24 projects.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, data mapping, migration processes, reports, and user guides.
- Propose scalable and innovative solutions that minimise operational and delivery risks.
- Collaborate with business users, internal teams, and vendors throughout development, testing, migration, training, and production release cycles.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, Temenos best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide status updates, maintain change logs, and elevate key issues as needed.
- Support end-to-end project delivery with a focus on quality and timeliness.
- Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) to manage project execution effectively.
- Manage stakeholders to ensure clarity on requirements and impact assessments.

Requirements
Professional & Technical:
- 12–15 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, System Engineering, or Application Support, with a focus on Temenos T24 Core Banking and Private Banking.
- Strong understanding of Credit Products (Mortgage, Lombard Loans, Structured Finance, Guarantees), Derivatives (Options, Structured Products), and Securities (Equities, Fixed Income, Funds).
- Hands‑on experience with Temenos Transact modules such as AA, MD, SC, DX, SY, etc.
- Proven experience leading Process Lifecycle Workshops (PLWs) and implementing new processes or applications.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
