Job summary

A leading aviation support company in Singapore is seeking a Cabin Aesthetic Specialist to oversee aircraft cabin aesthetics. Responsibilities include inspecting cabins, providing feedback on quality, and communicating with staff. Candidates must have a minimum diploma and 2-3 years of related experience in aviation. Proficiency in IT tools is a must.

Qualifications

  • Min. Diploma qualification with 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in aviation/aircraft is a MUST.
  • Able to communicate with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect the aircraft cabin during pre-departures and after cleaning.
  • Meet and greet cabin crew and highlight specific messages.

Cabin Aesthetic Specialist (Ex-Airline Crew Welcome, Aviation, Changi)
  • Inspecting the aircraft cabin during pre‑departures and after the performance of cabin and aircraft cleaning / maintenance programs including but not limited to TLC, PCM, LCM, CDC and/or, VIP, hangar checks or cabin refurbishments.
  • To perform the following:
  • Meet and greet cabin crew.
  • Meet departing crew to highlight specific messages relating to cabin aesthetic.
  • Provide feedback on aesthetic defects or flaws in the aircraft cabin to the duty‑engineer from SIAEC’s cabin maintenance unit (CMU).
  • Provide reports and/or written feedback to the Technical Services Division of Singapore Airlines Ltd ("SIA") relating to the following matters:
  • Misuse/abuse of cabin products
  • Quality of housekeeping in the aircraft cabin
  • Poor maintenance practices
  • Track post‑inspection rectification work and inspect the aesthetic quality or repairs performed, as required
  • Perform overtime duty as required by SIAEC
  • Any other duties as delegated by the
