Job summary

A leading aviation support company based in Singapore is seeking an administrator to manage data entry and reliability reports. Responsibilities include collating oil uplift data, broadcasting logs, and providing secretarial support during meetings. Candidates should have at least an 'O' level education, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The role requires working on weekends and public holidays, with a work schedule from 8am to 5.30pm.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Collate and enter FH/FC data, oil uplifts, delays, and defects.
  • Broadcast cabin and IFE logs and maintain data entry status.
  • Publish monthly reliability reports and meeting minutes.
  • Provide secretarial support for monthly reliability meetings.
  • Retrieve aircraft Technical Logs for quality investigations.
  • Raise MDR events in SIMS or customer database.

  • Monthly publications of reliability report and meeting minutes
  • Provide secretarial support during monthly reliability and recurring defect meetings.
  • To retrieve aircraft Technical Logs as required by Quality Investigation for MDR.
  • Raise MDR events in SIMS or customer database.
Job Requirements

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (E.g. Word & Excel).
  • Able to work on Weekends and Public Holiday
  • Ability to work independently & as a team player.
Working Hours + Location
  • 5 Days Work Week including weekends
  • 8am to 5.30pm
  • Only on Tuesdays - 8am to 5.45pm
