Responsibilities
  • Increase sales revenue and achieve targets through managing new and existing accounts across multiple channels, including online platforms
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the Singapore market in alignment with company policies
  • Understand assigned accounts’ travel policies and requirements, provide customized offers, negotiate agreements, and conduct regular reviews
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance and forecasts using data, reports, and market intelligence; plan and execute countermeasures as needed
  • Collaborate with Joint Venture (JV) partners on corporate pricing proposals, Time of Ticketing (TOT) programmes, and joint business initiatives
  • Support promotional and marketing projects and campaigns
  • Manage reporting on performance analysis, marketing effectiveness, and project status
  • Efficiently manage annual sales budgets to maximize profitability
  • Stay informed on market trends and opportunities to drive improvements
  • Coordinate and negotiate with regional headquarters on sales and marketing strategies
  • Represent the company at events and perform administrative functions as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the airline or travel industry in sales and marketing
  • Japanese speaking proficiency to liaise with Japanese speaking client and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of fares and ticketing is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and accept responsibility
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and coordination skills to communicate across diverse cultures
  • Proactive, self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to industry changes
