Job summary

A logistics support company in Singapore is looking for an individual to manage the front counter of a tool store. You will be responsible for maintaining tools' serviceability, monitoring consumables, and adhering to operational processes. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, possess basic knowledge of MS Excel, and ideally have knowledge of SAP. A Class 3 driving license or forklift license is preferred, along with the ability to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working experience related to toolstore.
• Preferably possess LTA Class 3 driving license or Forklift license.

Responsibilities

• Manning of tool store front counter.
• Maintaining serviceability of tools.
• Monitor and maintain consumables and expendables at counter.
• Identify defective or damaged tools and initiate reporting.

Skills

Basic knowledge in MS Excel

Comfortable with rotating shift work

Job Responsibilities

1. Manning of tool store front counter
2. Maintaining serviceability of tools
3. Monitor and maintain consumables and expendables at counter (vending machine issuance monitoring and provisioning.
4. Adhering to current processes in place while performing the required roles
5. Identify defective or damaged tools and initiate reporting processes in timely manner
6. Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

1. 'N' Level / NITEC in logistic or equivalent with minimum 1year working experience related to toolstore
2. Basic knowledge in MS Excel
3. Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage
4. Preferably possess with LTA Class 3 driving license or Forklift license
5. Comfortable with rotating shift work arrangement
6. Working Location at Airline Road
