Accounting Clerk
Job summary
A private limited company in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Clerk to handle internal and customer enquiries related to advance payments. The candidate should have a qualification in Accounting or a related field, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, as well as good communication skills are required. This role includes various administrative duties in a collaborative environment.

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounts clerk or similar role.

- Handle internal and customer enquiry on advance payment.
- Uploading invoices in various e‑billing portals.
- Assist with sending statement of accounts.
- Any other ad‑hoc admin duties assigned.
